Servo Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine
July 1 marked the official opening of Hanoi International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (HanoiPlas 2026). TUP showcased localized custom injection molding solutions at the brand-new Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC). The booth welcomed a steady stream of visitors on day one, drawing extensive inquiries and attention from customers at home and overseas!

We brought the ES All-Electric Series and UN-E Hybrid Series, precisely targeting two core sectors: medical consumables and civil plastic products. The ES120 All-Electric Series demonstrated 12-cavity pipette tip molding on site, with each part weighing only 0.3g. It fully meets the stringent production standards of the medical industry featuring high cleanliness, high precision and superior stability.
Equipped with a full-machine servo control system, the machine operates ultra-quietly during mold opening and closing. Its maximum injection speed reaches 450 mm/s, with repeat positioning accuracy controlled below 0.01 mm. Fitted with a dedicated high-efficiency plasticating screw, it delivers higher productivity and lower energy consumption while maintaining a contaminant-free molding environment throughout the process. It is the preferred precision production equipment for clean medical workshops, addressing pain points including insufficient precision and poor stability in medical consumables manufacturing.
The UN260E hybrid Series demonstrated single-cavity transparent beer cup molding, with each finished part weighing 150g. It perfectly satisfies core demands for civil plastic products: premium appearance, uniform wall thickness, mass production efficiency and energy conservation.
The transparent products produced on site are formed in one shot, free of defects with uniform and neat appearance. Featuring a dedicated high-efficiency plasticating screw, millisecond-level response and high-performance servo motors, it supports flexible multi-injection unit combinations to build highly efficient fully automatic production lines, helping enterprises cut costs and boost productivity.
