Marking the 100th Anniversary of the Labor Movement and Showcasing Employees' Elegance – the 2025 Qingshanhu Science and Technology City Staff Sports Meeting grandly opened at Zhejiang Highway Technician College.
Leaders including Chen Dong, Deputy Director of the District People's Congress Standing Committee and Chairperson of the District Federation of Trade Unions; Cai Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Qingshanhu Science and Technology City; Wang Jing, Secretary of the Party Group of the District Federation of Trade Unions; Du Xiaohong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Highway Technician College; and Pan Qunliang, Chairperson of the Federation of Trade Unions of Qingshanhu Science and Technology City, gathered at the opening ceremony.
The sports meeting brought together 16 elite teams from enterprises and research institutes, with over 240 athletes. They interpreted the sports spirit with sweat and connected with each other through laughter.
TUP's athletes, with outstanding teamwork and indomitable fighting spirit, ultimately won the Third Prize in the competition!
On the field, traditional competitive events such as shot put, standing long jump, long rope skipping, relay race, and tug of war ignited the passion first, uniting the team's strength. There were also a number of new fun equipment events: "Against the Wind Run", "Workstation Contest", "Fun Caterpillar"... Each event made everyone deeply realize that teamwork is not only the key to victory but also a bridge connecting each other.
In this feast where wisdom and joy intertwined, the hearts of the TUP team drew closer, and the bond between them became stronger.
Director Shao, the leader of TUP , sighed with emotion: "Usually, everyone is busy in their respective positions and has little communication. The sports meeting not only allows us to exercise and relieve pressure but also make many new friends – it is a very meaningful event."
