Featuring an optimized machine structure, overall energy consumption is reduced by over 45%. With the newly upgraded software algorithms, the cycle time is improved by more than 33%. Demonstrating a 1-out-8, 700ml cold cup combined with IML automation, the ES380/IU1000 all-electric injection molding machine achieved a fastest cycle time of just 5.3 seconds, a breathtaking speed challenging the industry's top tier.
On the other side of the booth, the all-electric multi-cavity precision injection molding machine model ES320/IU790 was on display. This model is specifically designed to meet the demands of multi-cavity product injection molding and is widely used in industries such as packaging and medical supplies. Featuring a modular design, it offers advantages such as high precision, high power, and low energy consumption.
