Following the successful delivery of the HD2500 2-platen 5-color large injection molding machine, TUP has recently achieved another important breakthrough in large multi-color injection molding machines. The HD2000 2-platen 4-color large injection molding machine has been fully packaged and officially shipped from the headquarters workshop to the customer’s factory.
The HD2000 2-platen 4-color large injection molding machine is mainly used for the production of automotive interior parts, meeting the manufacturing and molding requirements of the auto parts industry for stability, high yield, aesthetic appearance and high precision.
Structural Advantages: Large mold capacity of 800–1800mm for high plant utilization; high-rigidity platen with even force distribution; high-pressure clamping cylinder with clamping position accuracy of ±0.2mm.
Smooth operation of electric turntable: patented turntable support device, servo-controlled turntable rotation, reliable turntable load-bearing and stable rotation.
Multi-station control: multi-angle injection units, single-cylinder injection structure with low inertia of moving parts during injection; movable overall injection unit, supporting single-color, 2-color, 3-color and 4-color combinations.
