TUP injection molding machines support IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology, integrating injection molding and label decoration into one efficient process while providing complete equipment and application solutions to improve production efficiency and competitiveness.
Multi-Layer Injection Molding Technology
Multi-layer injection molding uses different or single materials to produce thick-walled products, especially transparent optical components. The process supports up to six layers through precise mold rotation angles for enhanced structure and performance.
Mucell Microfoaming
Microcellular foam injection molding uses supercritical N₂ or CO₂ mixed with molten plastic to create a uniform single-phase material. During injection, pressure reduction forms fine microcellular bubbles, reducing weight while improving product performance and material efficiency.
Multi-color Technology
Multi-Color Master technology combines multiple materials, colors, or hardness levels into one composite part during a single injection molding cycle. Available in horizontal and vertical turret systems, it improves product aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
Mixed-color Technology
TUP color-mixing machines create color mixing, gradient, and laminated effects without changing molds, enabling one-step molding for higher production efficiency. Ideal for two-tone housings, gradient decorative parts, and laminated structural components with consistent color performance.
Color-blocking Technique
Based on a modular design, standard machines can integrate multi-angle or independent motorized turret technology to achieve stable two-color injection molding without a rotary table.
IMD (In-Mold Decoration)
IMD technology embeds printed film into the injection mold cavity, where injection resin bonds with the film’s ink layer during molding. It is widely used for automotive interior parts such as door panels, instrument panels, air conditioning outlets, and trim components.
Metal Insert Technology
Insert injection molding integrates inserts and plastic into a single molded part, providing stronger bonding, higher tensile and torsional strength, and better vibration resistance than post-assembly or hot-melt insertion methods.
Pull Rod Technology
Two-platen injection molding machine with rear-retracting tie-bar design improves mold space utilization, enabling faster mold changes and higher production efficiency in limited factory space.
Electroplastic Technology
Electric pre-plasticizing technology combines electric pre-plasticizing with hydraulic injection, improving energy efficiency by 30% and reducing cycle time through parallel operations for smarter, greener injection molding.
Compression Injection Molding Process
Injection compression molding combines injection and compression processes, injecting melt into a semi-closed mold then compacting it to fill the cavity and reduce internal stress and defects. It lowers injection pressure by about 30%, reduces equipment wear, and simplifies complex mold design.
Highlight Processing Technology
High-gloss finishing technology uses rapid mold temperature control to eliminate weld lines, flow marks, and shrinkage, enabling a high-gloss surface in one-step molding without painting or polishing. It improves product appearance while supporting more eco-friendly manufacturing.
Core-swapping Technology
Core-swapping technology uses a servo-driven multi-angle injection system with 180° indexing and absolute position control. It features rotatable turret/core and independent servo motors for flexible, precise multi-material molding.
