Servo Hydraulic Injection Molding Machine
On July 1, Hanoi International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition (HanoiPlas 2026) grandly opened at the brand-new Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC). TUP Taiwan Liansu showcased localized customized injection molding solutions. For this exhibition, TUP Taiwan Liansu seizes the booming growth momentum of Vietnam’s plastic industry. We brought the ES All-Electric Series and UN-E Hybrid Hydraulic Series, precisely catering to two core sectors: medical consumables and daily plastic products. Combining high-performance machinery with localized support, we deliver highly compatible, energy-efficient and precision injection molding production solutions for Southeast Asian markets.
The on-site ES120 all-electric machine demonstrated the molding of 12 pipette tips per shot, each weighing only 0.3g. It fully complies with the strict manufacturing requirements of the medical industry: ultra-clean environment, ultra-high precision and outstanding operational stability.
Equipped with a full servo control system, the machine operates with ultra-low noise during mold opening and closing. Its maximum injection speed hits 450mm/s, with repeat positioning accuracy under 0.01mm. The special high-efficiency plasticizing screw boosts productivity while cutting energy consumption, and maintains a contaminant-free production environment throughout the process. As the top precision equipment for medical cleanrooms, it effectively addresses common pain points including insufficient precision and unstable output in medical consumables manufacturing.
The UN260E hybrid hydraulic unit displayed on-site produces one transparent beer cup per shot, with a single product weight of 150g. It perfectly meets core demands for daily plastic products: premium surface finish, uniform wall thickness, high-volume mass production and energy conservation.
Transparent finished products are molded in one single step with flawless clarity and consistent dimensions. Fitted with a high-efficiency plasticizing screw, millisecond-level response and high-power servo motors, the machine supports flexible multi-injection unit combinations to build fully automatic high-output production lines, helping manufacturers slash production costs and raise overall efficiency.
