Single-cylinder injection structure design minimizes the inertia of moving parts during injection, perfectly meeting the high dimensional accuracy requirements for products such as automotive lamps.
2. Super Large Mold Adaptability
The turntable has a maximum load capacity of 23 tons and a diameter of 2800mm, featuring reliable load-bearing and stable rotation.
Utilizes national patented technology to easily realize stable rotation of heavier and larger molds.
Super large mold thickness range of 800-1800mm, suitable for large auto part molds and large products with multi-component requirements.
3. Significant Energy Saving and Efficient Production
Adopts an independently controlled servo hydraulic system, improving energy-saving efficiency by 20%.
Supports simultaneous operation of multiple actions, effectively shortening the cycle time and enhancing production efficiency.
Turntable rotation is controlled by servo technology, combined with a special turntable positioning structure, realizing precise control of multiple turntable stations.
4. Flexible Configuration and Intelligent Control
The overall position of the injection unit is movable, enabling multiple combinations including single-color, two-color, three-color, four-color, and five-color molding, with a wide range of applications.
